State vs. State · Preparation + Capital Clash

State Ruler

Win the preparation phase together—then turn that advantage into control of the Capital.

State Ruler is the recurring cross-state competition commonly described as State vs. State or SvS. From Sunday through Friday, players score through familiar events such as Alliance Duel, Full Preparedness, Peak Arena, enemy Trade Truck plunders, and Furylord. The state with the stronger preparation result earns the right to invade during Saturday's Capital Clash.

Preparation Determines Position

Friday's score shapes Saturday's battle.

The preparation winner becomes the invading state and attempts to capture the opponent's Capital. Preparation points do not replace battle execution—but they determine who carries the offensive opportunity into Capital Clash.

Weekly Strategy

Tips for the preparation week

Most State Ruler scoring activities occur every day. Use these priorities throughout the week, with Sunday reserved for planning and Friday used to finalize the Capital Clash strategy.

🗺️Tip 1All Week

Coordinate the Entire State

Treat State Ruler as one shared scoreboard—not a collection of separate alliance events

Leadership · Communication · Participation

What to do

  • Confirm the matched enemy state and share its state number clearly.
  • Publish one simple weekly plan that all major alliances can follow.
  • Share reset times, rally schedules, Arena plans, and target priorities in advance.
  • Encourage broad participation across the state instead of relying only on the top alliance.
  • Direct heavy spenders and top competitors toward categories where a win is realistic.
Best practice

Sunday is the best time to confirm the matchup, review the live rules, assign coordinators, and begin saving battle supplies.

Avoid

Do not let alliances work from conflicting plans or assume everyone already understands the weekly priorities.

📈Tip 2All Week

Score Across Every Daily Event

Alliance Duel, Full Preparedness, Arena, Trade Trucks, and Furylord can all matter every day

Daily scoring · Efficient overlaps · Live values

What to do

  • Compete strongly in Alliance Duel and help as many state alliances as possible win their matchups.
  • Target winnable Full Preparedness groups and stack those actions with Alliance Duel scoring when possible.
  • Support the state's strongest Peak Arena contender and coordinate attempts around the daily scoring window.
  • Use Trade Truck plunder attempts on valid trucks from the matched enemy state.
  • Join Furylord rallies and maximize both total state damage and strong individual damage scores.
Best practice

Check the State Ruler panel every day. Exact categories, point values, and qualifying actions may vary by cycle or server age.

Avoid

Do not assign these activities to only one day. They remain active scoring opportunities throughout the preparation week.

🎯Tip 3All Week

Stack Actions for Multiple Rewards

Use one action to advance State Ruler, Alliance Duel, Full Preparedness, and personal rewards whenever rotations align

One action · Multiple scoreboards · Better efficiency

What to do

  • Save major materials until they match the correct Alliance Duel and Full Preparedness rotations.
  • Choose upgrades, recruitment, research, and training actions that score efficiently across multiple events.
  • Coordinate Radar claims, orange bounties, orange Trade Trucks, and other limited attempts carefully.
  • Push for first place only when the expected state points and personal rewards justify the resources.
  • Finish reachable personal reward boxes without sacrificing the state's larger plan.
Best practice

Efficient overlap is the safest way for smaller and mid-sized players to contribute meaningful points without exhausting their accounts.

Avoid

Do not spend simply because an action gives points somewhere. Confirm that the timing and reward overlap are worthwhile.

🚚Tip 4All Week

Use Limited Attempts on Valid Targets

Arena attempts, truck plunders, rallies, and other limited actions should support the actual State Ruler matchup

Correct state · Strong targets · No wasted attempts

What to do

  • Verify the enemy-state number before attacking a Trade Truck.
  • Prioritize strong orange trucks from the correct state when the matchup is safe.
  • Scout defenders and cargo before using a limited plunder attempt.
  • Save Arena attempts or formation changes for the coordinated scoring window.
  • Use every Furylord attempt possible rather than waiting so long for a perfect rally that attempts expire.
Best practice

State chat can be used to share worthwhile targets, Arena intelligence, rally times, and changes in the weekly score.

Avoid

Do not waste limited attempts on the wrong state, an unwinnable target, or an activity that no longer contributes points.

📊Tip 5All Week

Watch the Score and Adjust

Concentrate resources where the state can still gain ground instead of pushing every category equally

Score checks · Winnable categories · Controlled pushes

What to do

  • Review the state scoreboard throughout the week—not only near Friday reset.
  • Identify which categories are close enough to change and which are no longer efficient to chase.
  • Coordinate strong players when a daily champion, MVP, or first-place finish is realistically available.
  • Communicate when the state should conserve resources rather than answer every enemy push.
  • Use final-reset pushes only in categories leadership has identified as important.
Best practice

Friday is the best time to finalize the score strategy, confirm invasion or defense plans, and publish Saturday assignments.

Avoid

Do not drain shields, teleports, healing speedups, or troops just to improve a small Friday margin without considering Saturday.

⚔️Tip 6All Week

Prepare for Capital Clash All Week

The preparation score matters, but Saturday's battle still requires troops, relocators, healing, and clear roles

Shields · Teleports · Hospitals · Battle roles

What to do

  • Conserve advanced relocators, shields, healing speedups, and hospital capacity.
  • Keep your strongest formations, faction counters, and equipment ready for battle.
  • Identify rally leaders, rally joiners, defenders, scouts, callers, and support players before Saturday.
  • Confirm approved HQ placement, communication channels, and objective priorities.
  • Enter Capital Clash knowing whether the state will invade or defend.
Best practice

Preparation should create an advantage for Saturday—not leave the state exhausted before the Capital opens.

Avoid

Do not wait until Capital Clash begins to decide who is leading rallies, defending objectives, or directing the state.

⚔️
Saturday Battle

Capital Clash decides who rules.

The invading state attempts to take and hold the opposing Capital while both sides contest the four surrounding Turrets. Objective control, rally timing, reinforcements, healing, teleport placement, and communication matter more than isolated attacks. Follow the battle plan published by state leadership.

03
Capital Clash Operations

Know your role before the first rally

01

Rally Leaders

Launch coordinated attacks on the Capital or Turrets using the state's strongest formations.

02

Rally Joiners

Fill rallies quickly with the requested troop type and formation—do not send random marches.

03

Defenders

Reinforce controlled objectives and rotate troops before hospitals or formations collapse.

04

Scouts & Callers

Track enemy movement, objective ownership, rally timers, and vulnerable positions.

05

HQ Fighters

Pressure enemy cities only when state rules and leadership objectives permit it.

06

Support Players

Shield, reinforce, heal, relocate safely, and provide reliable participation without feeding unnecessary points.

9
Personal Progress

Aim for all nine reward boxes.

Your personal preparation rewards are based on your own points, even when the state matchup is difficult. The upper boxes are especially valuable because they award Valor Medals, which support long-term equipment progression. Check the live thresholds because requirements and rewards may change.
