Heroes Β· Equipment Command

Equipment

Build gold first. Concentrate the strongest gear on the formation that actually fights your battles.

Orange equipment is where Enhancement Alloy and Power Cores begin creating meaningful long-term value. Mythic is the late-game extension of that system. Use this guide to understand costs, promotion breakpoints, slot roles, and where your limited materials should go first.

01
Upgrade Rules

Where Enhancement Alloy should go

Equipment color matters because Alloy becomes expensive long before your roster stops needing it.

PRIMARY

Orange / Gold Equipment

This should receive nearly all meaningful Enhancement Alloy investment. Promote it with Power Cores after the required enhancement breakpoints.

LATE GAME

Mythic Equipment

Mythic progression is extremely powerful, but only after completing its prerequisite levels and securing a stable supply of Forging Stones, Electricity, and Pulse Modules.

EXCEPTION ONLY

Lower-Tier Equipment

Very seldom worth Enhancement Alloy. The exception is a low-spend or F2P account that simply does not have enough orange equipment to outfit the heroes it must use.

02
Orange Equipment

Weapon, Helmet, Armor, and Boots

Orange equipment uses Enhancement Alloy for levels and Power Cores for promotion/star progression.

Offense

Weapon

Pure offensive equipment. Promotion adds Troop DMG, making Weapon one of the clearest damage investments for back-row carries.

Enhancement costs accelerate quickly

The same Alloy schedule applies across orange equipment. Level 20 is cheap relative to the late-game climb.

Power Cores

Promotion is where orange gear starts multiplying value

Power Cores unlock each promotion hex after the required enhancement level. The cost rises sharply at higher stars.

Investment Order

Build one fighting set before several average sets

Equipment should follow the same focused-investment rule as hero stars and skills.

01

Outfit Formation 1 in orange

Fill all available equipment slots on the five heroes you use most before worrying about broad secondary-march optimization.

02

Take every orange piece to Level 20 + first promotion

Capture the very efficient early enhancement breakpoint before pushing one item dramatically farther.

03

Match the slot to the hero's job

Weapon and Helmet promotions add Troop DMG; Armor and Boots add Troop HP. Back-row damage and frontline durability should guide your next investment.

04

Push the main formation deeper

Use the majority of Alloy and Cores on Formation 1 until its equipment is far enough ahead to materially change battle results.

05

Then widen into Formation 2

Secondary equipment becomes worthwhile after the first formation has a strong, promoted core rather than while it is still underbuilt.

Simple Role Rule

Damage heroes want damage. Tanks want to stay alive.

Mythic Equipment

The late-game upgrade path

Mythic comes after five prerequisite levels and demands Forging Stones, Electricity, and eventually Pulse Modules.

MYTHIC PAYOFF

The final Mythic step adds +100% by itself.

The five prerequisite levels build to a 100% total boost. The Mythic conversion then adds another +100%, bringing the total boost to 200%. That final step costs 300 Forging Stones, 200M Electricity, and 50 Pulse Modules.
